Simply no complaints, fantastic stay. Stunning location in lovely area, so close to "6 Bells " old quaint thatched pub, restaurants and is really spacious. Plus, a minute walk from St Lawrence Warborough. Great view, nice bar - everything was wonderful.

Our unit was well-furnished with a dining table and sofas, and the location was quiet and in front of a pond, which made it convenient to walk around.

Our stay in September was fantastic. The personnel and the host were accommodating and welcoming. The countryside location was great, not far from the quaint "6 Bells" old thatched pub and local attractions.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impeccable - from the cozy and spotlessly clean rooms to the abundance of tea, coffee, and pastries provided for breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel truly welcome. The location was idyllic, with a beautiful thatched pub just a short walk away and picturesque views of the pond. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely countryside retreat. the barn suite was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and stylish stay. the surrounding area was breathtaking, with peaceful farmland views and horses grazing nearby. We especially appreciated the warm welcome we received, with fresh bread, orange juice, and croissants waiting for us. the fridge stocked with water, juice, yogurts, and a selection of cheeses was a thoughtful touch. It was great to have everything conveniently located in our room, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful morning without any disturbances. the location, furnishings, and overall upkeep of the apartment were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of breakfast options and the inviting lounge area. the bathroom was of a high standard, and the owner's friendly and welcoming nature made our stay hassle-free. Highly recommended!
